This Website is to help you find and access the organisations and projects that contribute to regeneration in Cumbria. The website was also created as a channel through which people, communities and businesses in Cumbria can submit ideas and express thoughts about their regeneration needs.

Cumbria needs ideas as to how it can tackle and overcome the issues it presently faces and your knowledge of Cumbria could be important in helping. There are lots of organisations trying to help Cumbria in many ways, but if you don't know who they are and you don't tell them what YOU think, they may not know what it is that you, your business or your community requires.
 

Your ideas and suggestions can be related to anything you feel strongly about, for you, your business or your community. It could be job opportunities, house prices, the closure of schools or the standard of health care. You might have an idea about the sort of support you want for your business... all thoughtful comments are welcome.

You can go to the section of the website entitled Surveys and results and complete one of the short surveys. The survey submissions are anonymous. You can also look at the comments and ideas other people have suggested by going to the section entitled Your ideas. Ideas can be submitted using the email links at the bottom of the pages.

The comments and ideas you put in the surveys and send are gathered and displayed in the reports that are made openly available on this website...this means that visitors to the site and those responsible for helping to regenerate Cumbria can see your ideas and get a greater understanding of your concerns.
